responsible to the general supervisor of final assembly manufacturing for managing material, human, technical, systematic, and administrative resources to meet production schedules.
responsibilities
* meet the production target.
* meet labor efficiency targets in the area.
* improve quality.
* comply with osas quality systems.
* maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
* monitor the quality system.
* promote safety and environmental practices.
* comply with eos, bsi, and iso 14000 procedures.
* develop cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
* meet scrap reduction targets.
* develop ecip cost reduction projects.
qualifications
* industrial engineer or related degree
* language: intermediate-advanced english (reading and writing)
* intermediate to advanced knowledge of microsoft office
* personnel management
* knowledge of manufacturing processes
* leadership
* proactive
