We're looking for a commercial sales & planning manager to join our team. This role is key to ensuring sales execution aligns with company strategy, providing visibility and analysis that supports decision-making, and enabling sustainable business growth.

this role will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and optimizing sales forecasts, budgets, and growth targets.
key responsibilities
* commercial strategy alignment: work closely with commercial leadership team to align sales initiatives with overall business strategy;
* sales planning: develop, monitor, and optimize sales forecasts, budgets, and growth targets;
* performance tracking: build reports and dashboards to track commercial performance against kpis, providing insights and recommendations to improve results;
* cross-functional collaboration: partner with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure commercial plans are executable and well-supported;
* market & business analysis: analyze market trends, competitor performance, and internal data to identify growth opportunities and risks;
* process improvement: propose and implement tools, methodologies, and best practices to strengthen planning and execution within commercial area;
* partner & client support: provide data-driven insights to strengthen relationships with key partners and clients.
qualifications & skills
* bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field (mba is a plus);
* 4 – 6 years of experience in sales planning, commercial strategy, or business analysis (experience in fmcg, retail, or tech industry preferred);
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced excel and data visualization (tableau, power bi, or similar);
* excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
* ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment;
* strategic mindset with attention to detail and execution.
