position overview

we are thrilled to announce the establishment of the new gbs americas center in guadalajara, mexico. This strategic move marks a significant milestone for allnex as we strengthen our presence in the americas and scale our operations efficiently across the region. As we embark on this exciting new chapter, we remain unwavering in our commitment to fostering a unified and collaborative culture across all our locations. The gbs americas will serve as a hub of innovation and excellence, driving our mission to deliver superior solutions and services to our valued customers.

takes care of customers and their orders, enquires and complaints in a consistent, fast, friendly and communicative manner in accordance to the needs of the customer. Pursues timely communication, shipment, and documentation through assertive and cooperative communication with sales/bu, other order fulfillment functions, credit, and psra. Ensures coordination with all areas of the supply chain and internal/external customers.

responsibilities

* takes care of customers and their orders, enquires and complaints in a consistent, fast, friendly and communicative manner in accordance to the needs of the customer.
* receipt of customer orders (fax/e-mail / phone) and order entry in respective erp system (sap / ax).
* follow up on customer orders, and independent negotiations with customers concerning order details (delivery date, quantity, partial deliveries).
* catching hold of customer complaints, finding and establishing solutions once a complaint is customer service related.
* pursues timely communication, shipment, and documentation through assertive and cooperative communication with sales/bu, other order fulfillment functions, credit, and psra.
* ensures coordination with all areas of the supply chain and internal/external customers.
* handling of consignment stocks incl. Vmi (vendor managed inventory).

required skills and experience

* minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service/customer care or other relevant customer-facing roles as advantage strong customer focus.
* good knowledge of standard office software.
* good level of english, and spanish, language.
* resourceful with a good sense of initiative.

qualifications

* bachelor’s degree.
