role purpose
this role is responsible for acting as the intermediary at the process of facturation and administrative follow up at diverse business processes regarding the staff, brands and atms topics.
we look for a highly developed soft skills professional with advanced level of english.
main activities
this role will carry out some or all the following activities:
tps generation (raise requests in pioneer, meetings with global team for approval tracking.)
follow up for rtb contract renewals (close contact with procurement, request psr, approval tracking)
generation of risk acceptance and msii (meetings with parties involved, closure tracking, present closure documentation, rmm documentation).
resource administration (raise jira ticket for ctool, renewal tps, onboarding tracking)
jira tasks closure tracking
archer engagement tracking and task closure (pre contract tasks, meetings with vendors and technical team)
