we are seeking a skilled marketing analytics specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing analytics strategies to drive business growth.
* marketing analytics strategy: define kpis and reporting strategy for marketing across power bi and marketo measure, aligning them with business goals and success metrics. Maintain marketing data dictionary to outline definitions, relationships, and platforms.
* reports and dashboards: design and develop data visualizations and reporting within bi platform focusing on marketing funnel performance and trends.
* deep understanding of attribution: develop and maintain multi-touch attribution models to assess the impact of each marketing channel and campaign.
* predictive analytics & insights: maintain predictive models and use advanced analytics to report and forecast marketing trends, customer behavior, campaign roi, churn, cac, cltv, among others.
* data sources integration: enable integration of marketing data platform and sources into power bi.
* ai utilization: leverage ai to conduct analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights that support marketing strategies, customer journey analytics and measuring campaign efficiency.
* power a data-driven culture: own and share data and reporting best practices and bring improvement ideas to leadership that will improve efficiency and deliver outsized impact.
* teamwork: collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytical needs, data-related challenges, and translate them into practical and scalable business intelligence solutions.
requirements
* 5 years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role, with a strong background in data analysis, predictive modeling, and reporting.
* experience with data analysis tools such as powerbi (preferred), tableau, or excel.
* proficiency in programming languages (sql and python are preferred).
* experience on multi touch attribution modeling, funnel analysis, and customer journey analytics.
* knowledge of data governance best practices, data quality standards, and data hygiene processes.
* strong communication skills to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders and across cross functional groups.
* analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and drive data-informed decisions.
* plus - experience with tools as adobe marketo measure or salesforce.
* plus - strong understanding of ai and machine learning tools for data analysis, data modeling, and data cleansing.
