roles & responsibilities
1. ensure registration of trainings.
2. manage training logistics, prioritizing the employee experience.
3. oversee assigned programs to ensure compliance with schedules and processes.
4. communicate scope indicators and action plans promptly.
5. support the purchase order and invoicing processes efficiently.
6. verify internal certification processes and prepare related documentation.
7. manage documents in compliance with iso 9001:2015 and stps standards.
8. communicate training events to staff in a timely manner.
9. administer the training catalogue at pida.
10. support trainees as a copilot.
11. follow up on dc3 delivery.
12. provide support for the mexico region.

* fluent english (80%) in speaking and writing.
