**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform initial installation/creation/configuration of RAC databases and Oracle Golden Gate
- Perform physical/logical recoveries.
- Maintain and monitor COB replication/databases using Oracle Golden Gate and Dataguard.
- Provide corrective action and root cause analysis for major incidents.
- Proactively assess change impact analysis.
- Databases are setup and maintained according to standards.
- Coordinate, plan and/or deploy major projects.
- Provide level 3 support for Golden Gate and Performance Tuning.
**Qualifications**
- Oracle production support experience for 3 to 5 years.
- 3 to 5 years of hands on troubleshooting skills in RDBMS and 1 or 2 years in Oracle GoldenGate.
- Promptly and accurately provide root cause analysis and resolution
- Must be able to write and preferably speak in English. Desirable
- Provide 24 by 7 on-call coverage.
- Perform Disaster Recovery testing.
- Support the build of new database infrastructure using Oracle RAC.
- Technical: Oracle GI, RAC, OGG -19c, Operating System knowledge on Linux. - Desirable
**Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree or above, or equivalent experience.
Desirable profile:
Oracle production support experience for 3-5 years.
3 - 5 years years of hands on troubleshooting skills
