You'll manage teams consisting of technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors, and operations personnel.your key responsibilitiespartner with line leaders to deliver sqcdsm targets (safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale) for the lines, ensuring process stability, and participating in dms meetings at shift and line levels.own technology and process centerline settings for equipment and have deep technical mastery of processes and equipment; own pm systems and work processes, including centerline management systems, r&m budgets, and key performance indicators.develop, own, and execute preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans, building capability within the team to execute themselves. Spend at least 50% of time building technical and maintenance skills of technicians working in shifts, enabling them to operate and maintain their equipment independently.partner with the asset and reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks, represent the department/line as site technology owner in regional and global technology forums, and be responsible for change management on the lines.assist in vsu for new initiatives, enable the vsu team, help line leaders with internal and external benchmarking, reapplication, and represent the department/line in global technology forums.what you'll bringa desire to drive your future and accelerate your career, along with:advanced knowledge (including am step 4 systems & progressive maintenance step 3) to maintain dedicated equipment(s) at basic conditions independently, including am & pm standards on dedicated equipment(s) and tpm - phase 3 & 4 tools problem-solving tools.the capability to lead a role for the line, qualify and coach next-level swp owners, and drive common opportunity areas across the line in pdca approach.the capability to work as the line leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan for the line, deploying and managing idps for members, coaching team members on performance management and career development.
