SR NPI ENGINEER
in our Querétaro site
The SR NPI Engineer is responsible for Specify, validate, install and achieve the targets of UPH, OEE and FPY in new production lines. Manage the needed documentation such as core tools, process changes, deviations, programs and electrical schematics and finally keep updated the spare parts and maintenance needed on the different production lines.
Your Role
- The NPI Engineer is responsible to plan, coordinate, and monitor the actions needed to ensure the proper implementation of new projects, transfers, and changes requested by the customer.
- To monitor the projects' status, potential risks, and to generate possible alternatives to solve them.
- To implement SMT and Backend engineering changes.
- To coordinate with multidisciplinary team to carry out and continuously update PFMEA, flow chart, process procedures, work instructions, visual aids.
- Validation and approval of the necessary tools for each process.
What do you need?
- Bachelor's degree in mechatronics, electronics or mechanical engineering.
- 5+ years experience in automotive electronic companies in similar role
- Advanced English level
- Strong experience in selective welding machines.
- Conformal coating processes strong knowledge
- SMT process knowledge.
- Project Management.
- Engineering changes.
- Follow-up to customer claims
