what you’ll do in this role
the primary purpose of this position is to perform engineering tasks using general and advanced methods to meet or exceed customer expectations, with guidance from experienced engineers and managers.
* adhere to all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements, including qms, fda regulations, and company policies.
* work independently to evaluate, select, and apply engineering techniques, making minor modifications as needed.
* review procedures, evaluate products and processes for failure analysis and improvements.
* participate in projects developing new product and process technologies.
* identify technical challenges proactively and implement improvements.
* plan, schedule, and execute engineering work, possibly leading smaller projects.
* follow quality management systems to investigate and improve products and processes.
* apply data analysis to determine root causes of failures and support improvements.
* collaborate with team members to exchange information and support your development.
* embed quality in all engineering activities, ensuring adherence to qms and contributing to quality kpis.
* perform other duties as needed under supervision.
