Meet the demands of event planning and coordination with a focus on delivering exceptional results. Your primary objective is to organize internal and external meetings, symposiums, conferences, and program events that align with strategic direction.

you will work closely with meeting stakeholders to execute against meeting objectives, desired outcomes, intended audience, content coordination, and creative engagement techniques. Additionally, you will be responsible for addressing all aspects of budget and billing, including development of and tracking against budgets, identification and capture of cost savings/cost avoidance efforts, reconciling master bill, coordinating payment to vendors, and managing meeting expenses.

your responsibilities also include investigating, sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating hotel and ancillary meeting services, managing logistics of program functions, including space set-up, food and beverage, arrangement of air and ground transportation, passport and visa clearances. Furthermore, you will facilitate attendee experience through registration site design, event promotion and communications, and attendee management to support needs related to meeting attendance.

a bachelor's degree is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience. You must have english intermediate/advanced proficiency and experience in event coordination and budget management. It is preferred but not mandatory that you possess other skills such as generating, analyzing and communicating event level and cross-event reporting against identified key meeting metrics and value-proposition indicators.
