Create and edit high-volume content across social platforms (tiktok, instagram, youtube shorts, etc.) Translate trends, insights, and performance into better content mentor and support junior creators contribute to creative thinking, social copy, and content povs occasionally appear in content when needed 2-4 years of experience in social content creation performing as creative director ~ strong editing skills ( final cut, after effects, or similar ) ~ deep understanding of social platforms and content formats ~ a strong portfolio showcasing relevant, high-performing content ~ comfortable working across multiple projects and timelines ~ passion for culture, trends, and storytellingwe think more like a lab than a traditional agency.
