role objective:
to monitor and coordinate the execution of the business strategic plan, special projects, and requests from the board and executive management, ensuring the achievement of key results and timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
️ Key responsibilities:
track and document the strategic business plan and its projects.
Coordinate special projects and respond to requests from the board and executive management.
Report deviations and progress according to the established schedule.
Develop and manage the annual calendar of strategic meetings and reports.
Coordinate and communicate key dates with stakeholders.
Collect, review, and consolidate information in required reporting formats.
Analyze key performance indicators and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop and update dashboards, spreadsheets, and monitoring tools.
Prepare executive presentations for senior leadership and the board of directors.
Requirements:
education: industrial engineering, civil engineering, or related fields.
Experience: minimum 2 years in consulting, auditing, or similar roles in strategic planning or business development.
Language: advanced english proficiency.
Availability: full-time, hybrid work model.
