- 7 years of experience as a human resource (hr) business partner or hr generalist providing consultations to the business on topics like performance management, workplace concerns, etc.- experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
- ability to communicate in english and spanish fluently to interact with the stakeholders as per the business needs.

*responsibilities*:- collaborate across organizational boundaries, and navigate the people operations (pops) ecosystem to collaborate with people's priorities and solutions in service of the business, product, or market.
- drive operational excellence across the organization to improve processes, operations, and service delivery, and influence forward thinking interventions, process and product improvements that enable a quality google employees experience.
- act as a human resource (hr) advisor, mentor, and partner to googlers, managers, and leaders, and manage risk mitigation and de-escalating/resolving hr matters.
