*main responsibilities*- customer service & planning:manage both contractual and system-related customer requirements (e.g., gm/ford).
participate in daily customer escalation calls and internal operations meetings.develop and maintain the shipment plan and master production schedule for hpdc lines.
- inventory and operational control:ensure physical inventory accuracy against system records.coordinate interplant transfers and optimize material flow.
- kpi monitoring:track installed capacity versus demand.oversee operational patterns, labor planning, and shift requirements.monitor scrap levels and implement containment actions as needed.
- communication & escalation:act as a key point of contact for both customer and internal teams.proactively escalate production or shipping risks impacting customer fulfillment.
*position requirements*- education: bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, logistics, or related fields.
- experience: 4-5 years in similar roles within the automotive industry, preferably in high-pressure operational settings.
