*key responsibilities*:
- assist with diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems.
- troubleshoot network connectivity and internet issues.
- help with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of devices.
- document, track, and follow up on incidents and solutions provided.
- perform routine maintenance on it equipment.
- ensure timely updates of software and operating systems according to company policies.
- manage hardware and software inventory efficiently.
- maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and processes.
- generate periodic reports on the status of technical support operations.
- assist in the creation and updating of user manuals and support documentation.
*qualifications*:
- basic technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking (tcp/ip, dns, dhcp).
- experience in technical support or a related role.
- excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- a team player who is adaptable and eager to learn.
- strong communication skills, with an advanced level of english (b2-c1).
