*location*:remote (est timezone)

*working schedule*: monday - friday, 10:00 am to 06:00 pm (est)

*position summary*:
*key responsibilities*:

- * community engagement*:

- develop strategies to increase member participation and interaction.
- facilitate and moderate discussions to ensure productive dialogue.
- organize online events, webinars, and live sessions to promote learning and networking.
- * content management*:

- curate and publish relevant content such as articles, blogs, and newsletters.
- manage the content calendar to ensure regular and engaging materials.
- monitor and analyze content performance for continuous improvement.
- * member support*:

- serve as the primary point of contact for member support and guidance.
- manage onboarding for new members, ensuring a smooth introduction.
- gather and address member feedback to enhance community features.
- * technical and administrative duties*:

- oversee the technical aspects of the online community platform.
- maintain records of community activities and engagement metrics.
- collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align community initiatives with organizational goals.
- * event planning and management*:

- plan and execute online and occasional in-person community events.
- coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and vendors for successful event outcomes.

*qualifications*:

- proven experience in online community management; circle experience is a plus.
- a basic understanding of property management or real estate is preferred.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- proficiency in managing social media platforms and online community tools.
- ability to analyze data for decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

*software skills required*:

- essential: zoom, google docs
- comfortable learning quickly: notion, ninety.io (eos tool), circle (community platform)

*additional requirements*:

- willingness to travel to the usa 4x per year for conferences and meetings (required) of 1 to 2 days, with travel costs covered.
- previous travel to the usa is necessary.
