about the role
sales is the engine of excent — and we're looking for a driven, energetic, and highly communicative professional to join our commercial team, generate business, and help accelerate our growth.
this is not a support role.
you'll be on the front line: prospecting, engaging, and converting.
what you'll do
prospect and develop qualified leads across different regions and markets, with a direct focus on conversion and commercial partnerships
drive high-volume outbound activity through calls, whatsapp, email, and multichannel outreach
own your pipeline: keep the crm disciplined, organised, and always up to date
work closely with senior sales and customer service on closings and follow-ups
actively contribute to revenue growth — not just process support
what we're looking for
at least 1 year of experience in customer-facing or commercial roles
strong communication skills — clear, direct, and persuasive (english required)
