The junior servicenow hrsd developer contributes to the implementation and enhancement of hrsd capabilities under guidance, applying standard development patterns, security controls, and data privacy principles. Working within an agile delivery model, this role supports continuous improvement initiatives by translating defined hr requirements into functional servicenow configurations, workflows, and integrations. The individual is expected to build a solid understanding of hrsd modules, case management, lifecycle events, service portals, and employee experience, while developing technical expertise through hands-on delivery and collaboration with senior developers and architects. Strong attention to detail, data sensitivity awareness, and collaboration skills are essential, as this role partners with hr stakeholders to support platform enhancements, regulatory compliance, and operational stability.
