*what you will do*
- lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer extension and preboarding.
- engage with hiring supervisors to understand hiring needs and develop job profiles that align with business goals.
*who you are (basic qualifications)*
- experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and border labor market analysis.
- proven experience in manufacturing environments and local recruiting.
- experience in recruitment for salaried manufacturing and technical positions.
- proficient in using any applicant tracking systems (ats) such as taleo or successfactors.
- strong communication skills in both english and spanish.
