As a sr. Collection supervisor here at honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and overseeing the collections function. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a team of collections analysts, setting collection targets, and implementing strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize past dues. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate customers credit situation and credit worthiness. You will monitor and analyze collection performance, providing regular reports to senior management. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving escalated customer issues and disputes related to collections. As a sr. Collection supervisor, you will also identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the collections process. Your strong leadership and people management skills will be crucial in effectively managing and guiding your team. Effective communication and negotiation skills will be necessary for resolving customer issues and disputes.
You will report directly to our sr. Collection manager and you'll work out of our mexico city, mexico location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company by ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding accounts receivable, optimizing the collections process, and reducing delinquency rates. Your contributions will directly contribute to the financial health of the organization.
Key responsibilities

- minimum of 5 years of experience in collections, credit, or accounts receivable management
- proven track record of successfully managing a collections team
