main responsibilities
coordinate, monitor, and follow up on the project portfolio, ensuring compliance with timelines, deliverables, and corporate standards.
review, analyze, and manage contracts and key documentation, ensuring alignment with internal policies and applicable regulations.
collaborate with strategic areas (legal, finance, operations, compliance, security, hr, etc.) to ensure the successful execution of cross-functional projects.
lead diversity, equity & inclusion (dei) initiatives, managing committees, metrics, reports, and action plans.
manage internal and external audits, ensuring preparation, follow-up, and closure of findings.
analyze project data, kpis, and metrics, generating executive reports and recommendations to support decision-making.
implement and improve project management methodologies, processes, and standards, promoting operational efficiency and consistency.
ensure effective communication among stakeholders, facilitating alignment, negotiations, and timely resolution of risks or blockers.
profile requirements
previous experience as a pmo, project manager, senior hr advisor, or similar roles with a strong project management component.
advanced english for communication with global teams and corporate documentation.
knowledge of contract review, regulatory compliance, and vendor management.
experience leading dei initiatives or corporate cultural projects.
intermediate proficiency in data analysis, dashboards, and kpis.
strong organizational skills, prioritization, and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
