key responsibilities

• develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, including product launches, campaigns, and brand positioning for the school supplies line.
• conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning, utilizing findings to drive strategic decisions.
• collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align brand objectives with sales, distribution, and product development.
• manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders, ensuring consistent and effective brand messaging.
• monitor and analyze key performance indicators (kpis) and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• prepare and present brand performance reports and marketing plans to senior management and international teams.

requirements

• bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a brand manager, preferably within school supplies or children's brands.
