*key responsibilities*
- *sales & discovery (phases 1-2)*:
- lead sales and discovery calls.
- conduct requirements gathering sessions.
- draft requirement summary documents (rsd) and solution blueprints.
- *design sign-off*:
- facilitate solution design reviews.
- obtain formal client approval on proposed solutions.
- *testing & uat (phase 4)*:
- coordinate test plans and manage defect triage.
- lead user acceptance testing and client checkpoints.
- *deploy & support (phases 5-7)*:
- manage go-live readiness and deployment.
- deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer.
- provide post-go-live support and identify upsell opportunities.
*must-have qualifications*
- deep hands-on knowledge of *docusign esignature & clm*, including template logic, routing, and admin functions.
- strong experience in *requirements elicitation and process mapping* (bpmn, lucidchart, miro).
- proficient in *project management methodologies* (agile, hybrid waterfall) and tools like jira, asana, raid logs.
- skilled in writing clear *sows, brds, and training materials.
