*maintenance supervisor*
*objective*
the role of the facilities supervisor is to assist in the planning, personnel assignment, daily task execution and provide teaching of new skills to the technicians.
*responsibilities*
- planning maintenance tasks.
- prioritize tasks and assign the appropriate workforce.
- help make improvements to facilities and equipment.
- plan and distribute preventive maintenance schedules to machinery.
- prepares reports related to the tasks completed by its collaborators.
- requires the components and/or remodeling of building facilities.
- inspects, guides and verifies the work of its collaborators.
- verifies compliance with internal policies, safety regulations and work regulations.
- train and instruct the associates in the tasks inherent to the maintenance area.
- diagnoses and guides in the repair of all machines in all facilities.
- handles, administers and applies measures according to the internal work regulations.
*profile*
- report to: assistant maintenance manager.
- jobs that directly report to you: group leaders.
- number of subordinates reporting directly: 1 to 16 (average 8).
- education requirements: professional title or equivalent experience.
- experience required: 5 or more continuous years in supervision of the team of facilities and buildings.
- level of fluency in english: intermediate (75% of technical reading and conversation).
- experience in hydraulic press, electricity, electrical control, presses, plc, cnc, water jets, painting systems ,building construction and general maintenance.
- skills, traits and competences: attention to detail, multiple tasks, problem solving, time management, motivation, productivity, verbal communication and general mathematical skills.
- 5's expert in implementation, monitoring and verification.

- opsp: help to achieve the priorities of the company.
- measurements: the metric of the machinery will be 95% with a minimum time.
- alignment: assigned reading (mrh, twll, ttsa, ttw, shingo model, mtl, rhythm, managing to learn, start with why).
