as a technical account manager, you will act as the main technical point of contact, address any internal or external questions and issues that arise from our integrated clients (including end-users of the platforms), or escalate appropriately when necessary.
daily, you should be able to quickly troubleshoot any technical issues, pinpoint the problem, provide a solution, and escalate to tier 2 support and/or product teams only when necessary.
