Data analyst (process optimization & financial planning)
we are seeking a highly skilled professional to transform production data into actionable insights that drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
you will work with tools such as microsoft sql server, c#, and python, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop analytical solutions, automate workflows, and ensure data integrity across the organization.
key responsibilities
analyze and interpret complex production data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
design, develop, and maintain sql queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines.
maintain and enhance existing big data systems.
build and improve analytical tools and dashboards to support operational and strategic initiatives.
collaborate with production, engineering, and it teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
develop and deploy automation scripts and applications using c# and python.
apply ai and machine learning techniques to improve predictive maintenance, quality control, and process optimization.
ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all systems.
document data models, workflows, and analytical processes.
qualifications
bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
+5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
english proficiency (spoken and written).
strong knowledge of microsoft sql server, solid programming skills in c# and python.
experience with visualization tools (e.g., power bi, camunda) is a plus.
familiarity with ai/ml frameworks.
