the role
you will focus 100% on telephone-based sales (inbound/outbound) for the industrial sector. You are responsible for the full sales cycle: from strategic prospecting and technical pitching to closing deals and long-term account management.
key responsibilities
* high-volume outreach: execute daily sales calls to identify and qualify new industrial leads.
* deal closing: convert business opportunities into successful sales through expert negotiation.
* portfolio growth: manage and scale your client base with consistent, strategic follow-ups.
* target achievement: meet and exceed monthly sales kpis to maximize your commissions.
what you bring
* experience: 2+ years in b2b telephone sales (industrial sector experience is a major plus).
* education: university degree (completed or currently enrolled).
* skills: strong persuasion, master of objection handling, and quick technical learning.
* profile: a proactive, results-driven professional with exceptional organizational skills.
