We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our service desk team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in managing service desk support operations, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team size of at least 30 people, managing customer requirements, and ensuring that all slas are met.
