주요 업무

• ls 제품군 북미 고객사 양산 프로젝트 운영 및 pm 리딩
• 프로젝트 일정/품질/readiness 관리 및 주요 마일스톤 점검
• 개발·생산·품질 등 유관 부서와의 협업을 통한 프로젝트 이슈 및 risk 대응
• 고객 요청사항 대응 및 원활한 양산 대응을 위한 커뮤니케이션 수행
• 프로젝트 진행 현황 모니터링 및 개선 활동 추진

필수 역량

• 스페인어 의사소통 가능자
• 차량 전장부품 개발 프로세스(apqp, iatf 16949 등)에 대한 이해
• 원활한 대내외 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 역량
• ms office(excel, power point) 활용 능력 우수자

우대 사항

• 영어 business 커뮤니케이션 가능자
• 자동차 전장부품 프로젝트 경험 보유자 (2년 이상)
• 프로젝트 일정/품질/risk 관리 및 유관부서 coordination 경험 보유자
• 고객 대응 및 양산 단계 프로젝트 수행 경험 보유자
• iatf / iso / vda등 품질관련 자격증 보유자
• 다문화 환경(해외 근무/협업)에 대한 적응력 보유자

lg innotek mexico is seeking a project manager for the lighting solution (ls) business.

key responsibilities

• lead and manage mass production projects for ls products for north american customers
• monitor and manage project schedule, quality, and readiness across key milestones
• identify and resolve project issues and risks through cross-functional collaboration (development, production, quality, etc.)
• support customer communication and ensure smooth mass production readiness
• track project progress and drive continuous improvement activities

qualifications : required

• spanish communication skills (business or conversational level)
• understanding of automotive development processes (apqp, iatf 16949, etc.)
• strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• proficiency in ms office (excel, power point)

qualifications : preferred

• english communication skills (business level)
• experience in automotive component projects (2+ years preferred)
• experience in project schedule/quality/risk management and coordination
• experience in customer-facing roles during mass production or quality phases
• certifications related to quality systems (iatf / iso / vda, etc.)
• ability to work in a multicultural environment
