hr generalist – santa catarina, mexico

at fictiv mexico, we’re looking for a proactive, people-focused professional to join our team in santa catarina.

this role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing human resources responsibilities with office operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

what you’ll do

you’ll play a key role in our organization, combining people operations (70%) and office management (30%):

people operations

• manage full-cycle recruitment for operational and administrative roles
• act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and workplace concerns
• promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture
• support payroll and compensation processes
• serve as liaison between employees, hr, and payroll

office management

• provide general support for purchasing of office supplies, furniture, and equipment
• provide support to oversee day-to-day facility operations
• provide support on maintenance, office layout, and organization
• assist with travel coordination and hosting visitors

what we’re looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in hr and/or office management
• business-level english and spanish (required)
• strong knowledge of mexican labor law (lft)
• experience in fast-paced environments (manufacturing preferred)
• excellent communication and organizational skills
• self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively
• resourceful problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
• exposure to labor unions is a plus
