- lead and support sales and advisory teams.
- monitor kpis and ensure operational efficiency.
- coordinate logistics, invoicing, and collections.
- build and maintain relationships with clients and distributors.
profile - bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering.
- 6+ years of experience in industrial, metal-mechanic, or technology sectors.
- proven experience leading b2b sales or distribution teams.
- strong knowledge of consultative sales and forecasting.
- advanced english and proficiency in excel and crm.
