*what you´ll do*:
- lead and coordinate the s&op / s&oe capabilities processes within the region.
- ensure alignment between planning and execution, and support decision-making through structured routines, follow-ups, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- own and lead the s&op and s&oe processes within the supply chain organization.
- ensure synchronization between planning and execution processes to support strategic decisions.
- coordinate and follow up on actions derived from s&op/s&oe meetings.
- ensure meetings are scheduled, documented, and followed up appropriately.
- bring global initiatives and adapt them to the regional context.
- develop and improve tools to support the s&op/s&oe processes.
- collaborate with strategic business units (sbus) and planning teams to generate and align information.
- interact with the customer service team to improve perfect order (potc).
- implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.
*what makes you a good fit*:
- advanced english proficiency (mandatory).
- bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or related fields.
- minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within supply chain and operations.
- strong knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, and customer service processes.
- project management office (pmo) experience is a plus.
- proficiency in excel, powerpoint, and microsoft office tools.
- familiarity with sap.
