*core responsibilities for web production artist*:
- prepare design assets for our website.
you will be working with our ux, brand, and web publishing team to prepare high quality, small size files that work according to our website's specifications.
- collaborate with and support our north america marketing partners alongside our team's creative directors, designers, copywriters, and program managers.
- help create or source new assets from our illustration and photography libraries.
- review and audit your own work to ensure it meets our high brand and quality standards.
- understand, follow, and champion brand guidelines and design best practices.
*basic qualifications*:
- bachelor's degree and 1+ years professional experience in related field (advertising, web design, or graphic design) with proven agency and/or in-house experience.
- a well-rounded portfolio of digital work.

- proficient in adobe creative suite and figma.
- ability to format, find, and assemble content for digital/web.
- ability to manage, prioritize, and assist multiple concurrent projects while adapting to change in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- understanding of html and css is a plus.
