Head of program - continuous improvement, 3p continuous improvement
amazon marketplace is seeking a dynamic and motivated leader to lead the amazon mexico operational support program. The head of program will oversee key initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies in mexico, support sales teams, and generate savings. This role involves guiding a broad team of managers and individual contributors across two countries.
responsibilities include building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within prospective accounts, collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop and present amazon solutions that meet customer needs, and creating mechanisms to support sales programs through business insights, training, and support.
key job responsibilities
1. define and execute the roadmap of sales supporting services
2. lead the offshoring team in two locations
3. identify synergies and efficiencies in current operations
basic qualifications
* bachelor's degree
* 7+ years of program or project management experience
* 4+ years of team management experience
* 7+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience
* 7+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
* experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics for improvements
* advanced knowledge of microsoft excel (macros, pivots, lookups)
* fluent in english (written and spoken)
preferred qualifications
* experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership
* knowledge of sql
