*we will count on you to*:
- understand client risks and support senior colleagues in advising clients on insurance strategy solutions.
- contribute with new ideas to improve marsh’s approach with its clients.
- conduct market researches, build sales presentations and developing sales proposals for prospects.
- collaborate with colleagues to identify, evaluate and negotiate insurance carrier coverage policies to meet client needs.
- support commercial teams in biddings and renewals.
*what you need to have*:
- new graduate or a bachelor's degree with graduation no more than 4 years in
engineering or administration.
- fluent in both english and spanish. Third language is a plus.
- excel proficiency.
- excellent communication skills.
