1. managing and growing strategic client accounts to drive revenue, retention, and long term partnerships.
2. identifying and developing new business opportunities by prospecting new accounts and reactivating inactive clients, with a focus on the industrial sector.
3. building trusted relationships with client stakeholders to understand needs and influence decision making.
4. developing and executing commercial strategies aligned to customer priorities and market dynamics.
5. managing the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through negotiation and project close.
6. collaborating with internal partners to ensure disciplined execution, forecasting accuracy, and a strong client experience.
minimum qualifications
7. bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, architecture, industrial design, interior design, engineering, or a related field.
8. minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably within architecture, design, construction, or commercial furniture–related industries.
9. experience managing strategic or key customer accounts.
10. advanced english proficiency (written and verbal).
11. strong client relationship management and follow up discipline.
12. salesforce experience and comfort using crm tools to manage pipeline and forecasting.
