- WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The Marketplace Operations Specialist is responsible for managing the order book and coordinating logistics activities to ensure the supply chain services for Nike Retail Partners. This role coordinates actions to ensure the Delivery plan while driving mutual growth and profitability, maximizing services, and optimizing order book productivity.
The Marketplace Operations Specialist is responsible for providing relevant and accurate data, highlighting risks and opportunities to ensure the delivery target and implementing process improvement solution.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Build the seasonal strategic delivery plan using order information and inbound flow on a weekly, monthly, and seasonally timeline.
- Partner with S&OP; and Nike squads to build the seasonal forecast and landing on monthly/seasonal goals.
- Ensure quality, timely and relevant information to monitor and improve performance KPIs to maximize service & drive business decisions.
- Perform order management in the EPR system
- Identify and provide initiatives that drive continuous process improvement through the integrated Supply Chain
- Provide directions to the Distribution Center to hit targets caring services and costs.
- Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with Nike Squads and Customers, driving and improving operations KPIs relevant to stores such as launches, fill rate, and coverage.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You will report to the Marketplace Operations Manager, while cross functionally working with our Nike Marketplace Partners such as Planning, Merchandising, Consumer Finance, Logistics and Seasonal Plan & execution teams.
As a team, we will provide support and service to Nike commercials partners to serve the marketplace.
- WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 3 years of relevant work experience within Supply Chain, Operation planning and/or operations.
- Strong data analysis and communication skill.
- Ability to work both independently cooperatively in a diverse group.
- Ensuring accountability
- Cultivating innovation
- Business English
- SAP/ERP experience and proficiency in Excel would be a plus
