Provides financial support on a department/project level, monitoring budget spend.Provides information by answering questions and requests within the organization and team.Arranges business-critical internal/external events, including itineraries, accommodation, registration, etc.Manages leadership's calendar, ensures timeliness and completeness.Coordinates meetings and creates agendas, records, and meeting minutes.Makes business travel arrangements, prepares travel expenses for leadership and/or team members.What makes you a good fitBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus.3–5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or strategic support roles, ideally in FMCG or multinational environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
