Transaction coordinator role overview
this position involves coordinating marketing strategies for purchased properties, which may include listing with local real estate agents and drafting property listings to post on various platforms. The role requires prompt communication with clients, building rapport and establishing strong relationships, reviewing acquisitions, and compiling transaction deals for approval. the ideal candidate will possess native fluency in english, have 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or telesales, and be proficient in using crms, excel, and word. Prior experience in the real estate industry is desirable but not mandatory. Exceptional phone communication skills are essential for this role.
