responsabilidades
* support the facilities team in daily operations and cross‑functional collaboration with other departments.
* assist in the execution and follow‑up of facilities‑related projects (e.g., infrastructure improvements, refurbishments).
* provide administrative support, including document control, report generation, data analysis, and updating technical drawings.
* support the management and coordination of janitorial and cleaning services.
* assist in the supervision and organization of spare parts, tools, and consumables inventory for maintenance activities.
* participate in ensuring proper operation of critical systems such as pumping and fire protection systems.
* provide hands‑on operational support to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable facility performance.
requisitos
* active students from last 3 semesters from careers like industrial engineering or related, with availability monday to friday full time.
* knowledge of lean manufacturing and tools.
* basic knowledge of maintenance and facilities management, including electrical, mechanical, and hvac systems.
* basic understanding of project management principles.
* data analysis skills (basic to intermediate).
* proficiency in microsoft office (excel, word, powerpoint) – intermediate level.
* basic knowledge of autocad and power bi.
* effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
* proactive, organized, and with a problem‑solving mindset.
* currently pursuing a degree in electrical engineering, electrical administration engineering, or a related field.
