Develops and implements strategic marketing plan oriented to increase company brand into Mexican market. Analyzes current structure, programs and forecast and suggest and immediate action plan if needed to achieve company objectives for the next 5 years. Contributes significantly to improve nutrition, personal care, and direct selling market. Identifies opportunities for development and commercial growth.
Qualifications
Skills/Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent English (oral & written)
- Preferred 8 years of previous experience in marketing management role
- Master degree preferred in related field
- Preferred MLM experience
- Highly skilled & talented to manage market, agency and in general communications media
- Strong skills in communication (oral & written)
- Negotiating skills
- Experience in direct developing and implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns
- Strong customer and results orientation
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity.
- Ability to function as an effective team member.
- Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
- Resolve problems and carry out responsibilities with basic or minimum supervision.
- Excellent PC skills Microsoft office products
- Advanced negotiation and problem solving skills "hands on approach
- Strong ability to lead, motivates, coach, couch counsel, and guide staff.
- Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under minimum supervision
- Ability to organize workload for effective implementation
