* support preventive maintenance, security and cleaning staff as needed.
* generate reports on daily activities, billing, reservations and client interactions.
* promote services and products offered by the organization to guests and clients.
qualifications
* minimum 1 year of related experience in reception, front desk, or customer service.
* high school diploma or university degree (bachelor’s preferred).
* basic computer skills – proficiency with microsoft office (word, excel, outlook) and reservation or hotel‑management software.
* strong verbal communication skills in spanish; english conversational skills desirable.
* excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑focused attitude.
* ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain composure and problem‑solve.
* flexible schedule, including ability to work regular office hours and shift rotations if required.
