as we continue to grow, we are looking for a strong leader to join our hr team as our next recruiting supervisor.position summarythe supervisor of recruiting will oversee the daily operations of tricolor's recruiting team and be accountable for delivering high-quality hiring outcomes across the organization.
this role combines leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on recruiting responsibilities, and will report directly to the director of recruiting.
the ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter with a passion for mentoring others, improving processes, and driving performance.key responsibilitiesteam leadership & people managementlead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitersconduct 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessionsmanage onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing team membersset performance goals and kpis, ensuring accountability and progressoversee timecards, scheduling, and team-building activitiesrecruiting operationsmanage full-cycle recruiting efforts for assigned requisitionsensure all open roles are filled in a timely and effective mannermonitor recruiter workload and redistribute tasks as necessarymaintain consistency and compliance with recruiting processes and systemsreporting & strategycreate and present monthly reports on hiring metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate flow, etc.
