1. Transportation and company vehicle management

* coordinate transportation services for employees, including shuttles or subsidies for public transport.

* ensure transportation arrangements are cost-effective and meet employee needs.

* oversee the management of company vehicles, including maintenance schedules, fuel management, and insurance.

* ensure all vehicles are in compliance with local regulations and safety standards.

* monitor vehicle usage and performance to optimize fleet efficiency.

* coordinate with external vendors for vehicle repairs and maintenance.

* ensure all drivers are properly licensed and trained.

* maintain records of driver performance and vehicle maintenance.

2. Canteen service

* oversee the company canteen to ensure quality food service and hygiene standards.

* monitor canteen expenses to ensure they are within budget.

* coordinate with canteen vendors to ensure consistent food quality and variety.

* negotiate contracts with canteen service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness.

* gather employee feedback on canteen services and implement improvements as needed.

* ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the canteen area.

3. Accommodation for chinese expats

* identify suitable accommodation options for chinese expatriate employees.

* negotiate lease agreements with landlords to ensure favorable terms and conditions.

* manage the renewal process for existing leases, ensuring timely and smooth transitions.

* coordinate with landlords to address any maintenance or repair issues.

* provide support to chinese expats during the move-in and move-out processes.

* ensure all necessary documentation and permits are in order for accommodation.

4. Working permit management

* coordinate with immigration authorities to obtain and renew work permits for chinese expatriates.

* ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted on time to avoid delays.

* maintain records of all work permit applications, renewals, and related documentation.

* provide support to chinese expats during the work permit application and renewal processes.

-advanced english

-bachelor's degree in administration (cedula y titulo)

-5 years relevant working experience in manufacturing sector

-familiar with regulations and process of working permit in mexico

-excellent organizational and time-management skills, proficiency in microsoft office

-detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and result-oriented mindset.
