Your focus will be on meeting company objectives, supporting the production department, and maintaining equipment under the supervision of the maintenance supervisor.
as an electromechanical technician, you will:
* perform corrective or preventive maintenance operations
* participate in continuous improvement of maintenance processes
* respect safety standards
* analyze maintenance data
* maintain records of activities performed
* monitor, control, and maintain equipment; diagnose and control machinery and installations
* propose solutions to improve safety and performance of tools, machines, and equipment
* work flexible shifts and overtime as needed
* make decisions effectively under pressure
* keep the work area clean and organized
who you are:
you act with a clear sense of ownership, collaborate comfortably across levels and cultures, have a service attitude, focus on customer needs, and coordinate resources to make the best decisions for the company.
required education, experience, and skills:
* technical or professional degree in electromechanics, mechatronics, or related, with at least 2 years of experience, including leadership, or equivalent education and experience
* knowledge in electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics
* knowledge in tagging and labeling
* forklift operation skills
* workshop tools proficiency
* platform handling skills
* availability for flexible schedules
* ability to work effectively with various organizational levels
