your future role
take on a new challenge and apply your human resources leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and results-driven teammates. You'll drive the comprehensive human capital strategy for our sahagún manufacturing plant, ensuring alignment with alstom's global standards and fostering a culture of safety, innovation, quality, and teamwork. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (talent acquisition, labor relations, training and development, and employee engagement), lead organizational transformation initiatives, and much more.\"
we'll look to you for:
* developing and implementing the human resources strategy for the plant in alignment with alstom's global guidelines. ,
* managing recruitment and selection processes for operational, technical, administrative, and engineering profiles. ,
* designing and implementing succession plans, talent matrices, and development programs for critical roles. ,
* managing labor relations and ensuring compliance with the collective bargaining agreement. ,
* ensuring adherence to mexican labor laws, local regulations, and corporate policies. ,
* leading conflict resolution, mediations, and union negotiations. ,
* promoting a culture focused on industrial safety, quality, ethics, and diversity. ,
* implementing workplace climate initiatives, engagement programs, and recognition initiatives. ,
* overseeing internal communication related to organizational changes, global initiatives, and corporate events. ,
* ensuring the execution of the annual training plan for technical, operational, and soft skills development.

* knowledge of mexican labor legislation and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., lean, kaizen, 5s). ,
* familiarity with strategic talent management and kpi analysis. ,
* proficiency in english at an intermediate–advanced level. ,
* leadership with a collaborative and results-driven approach. ,
* strong ability to manage change and navigate complex environments. ,
* effective communication skills across all organizational levels. ,
* high-level negotiation and conflict resolution skills. ,
