Position summary:
define and execute the distributor channel development plan for the assigned region, through establishing and maintaining a healthy and productive business relationship for each of the customers, opening new distribution channels and maximizing the potential of current distributors and wholesalers, through the commercial plans negotiated and carried out with them, in order to achieve and/or exceed established business goals.

*responsibilities*:
detect areas of opportunity related to inventory control, shrinkage, level of product displacement, low visibility, product returns, and disadvantages with respect to the competition, implementing actions that ensure the solution and the business growth in traditional trade
- keep control of the inventory of products at each customer's site, so as not to over-inventory the distributor and/or wholesaler. At the same time, avoid running out of products, which are factors that affect the business and the level of service to the end consumer.
- ensure that distributors and wholesalers have updated information on the company's prices and commercial plans loaded into their purchasing and sales computer system, in order to avoid inconsistencies with the database that is managed institutionally.
- detect new markets where the company's products can be marketed and/or it is possible to establish profitable business relationships with new distributors and wholesalers.
- ensure the expeditiousness and delivery of product to customers, immediately resolving any deviation that occurs in the logistics process.
- train distributors & wholesalers sales force, so that they can better contribute to the sell in - sell out of the company's products and also achieve standardization of procedures.
- supervise sales force performance to ensure that the commercial plans are applied as planned, and if necessary re-focus the actions.
- work as one team with different areas involve (marketing, finance, supply chain, systems) to ensure that business plans work according to the plan.

What we are looking for:

- bachelor degree: business administration, industrial engineer, marketing, similar
- experience in sales, brand & promotion management,
- nielsen / iscam knowledge
- minimun 3 years in consumer goods
- microsoft, office knowledge ( excel, power point, word )
- financial knowledge
