an experienced professional is required to oversee and manage logistics activities, including imports, transportation, customs clearance, and collaboration with other departments.
* oversee managing logistics activities, imports, transportation, consolidation of material in customs, transportation optimization and collaboration with the other departments of prototypes, spare parts and warranty parts.
* follow up on imports of raw materials and exports.
* schedule and monitor the customs collection of the client's empty containers.
* monitoring of import/export processes.
* quote extraordinary shipments (expedited, prototypes).
* quote regular shipments/collections.
* create and track parcel letters.
* prepare and follow up on the letter 3.1.8
* create consignment letters.
* carry out guides and tracking for ups, dhl, fedex parcels.
* design of dairy routes
* monitoring of area budget and expense accounts with suppliers, forwarders and aa.
* approval of petitions.
* shipment tracking.
* keep daily control of ordinary/extraordinary shipments.
* validation of weekly/monthly billing with finances
* collect and send payment requests to finance.
* validate transits and report weekly payments with finances.
* optimize transportation.
