Human resources supervisor

the human resources supervisor is responsible for managing the seasonal workforce for direct and indirect labor. The supervisor ensures human resources solutions create a great onboarding experience and increase retention. Provides support to all ensambles hyson sites.

* understand business cycles and talent needs of the organization to develop human capital strategies to build the capability of the workforce to meet business unit goals
* employee relations - participates in local works council / union negotiations and administers the labor agreement; advises both management and employees on personnel matters including grievances, arbitrations, among others

requirements
* bachelor's degree or above or equivalent experience; hr related major preferred
* minimum 5+ years of professional working experience in hr manufacturing environment required

* ability to provide innovative solutions and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
